ICWA Sapru House Library Achieves ISO 9001:2015 Certification

The Indian Council of World Affairs (ICWA) Sapru House Library has officially completed the initial audit for IAS-accredited ISO 9001:2015 Certification for Quality Management System.

The scope of the management system includes serving as a leading resource hub for academics, diplomats, policymakers, students, and researchers in international relations, global diplomacy, foreign policy, and international law, by offering innovative services that reflect the core objectives and mission of ICWA.

The audit team stated that the certification procedure was well-organised and included a thorough assessment of all key aspects.
