Refund and Cancellations

Below are some of the key points of our refund and cancellation policy:

 

  1. 20% of the amount paid in advance shall be refunded in case no work has been initiated.
  2. In case the work is initiated and the client wishes to drop out from the services, no refund will be paid to the client.
  3. In case the client is not satisfied with the services, the refund shall be made only once the proper justifiable and mutually agreed document bearing the reasons of non-satisfied services is signed between both parties.
  4. We at SIS Certifications strive to offer the best quality of services to meet the requirements of our clients. We understand that there may be instances where a client is not fully satisfied with our services. We are committed to addressing their concerns and finding a fair resolution in such cases. However, it’s important to note that we cannot use unethical or unfair means to provide refunds.
  5. It is vital to note that any taxes, fees, or other expenditures spent during our engagement cannot be reimbursed. These fees are required to deliver our services, and we are unable to collect them in the case of a refund.

If a client is unsatisfied, we urge them to express their concerns directly to us so that we may work together to find a satisfactory resolution.
